Lay’s is always adding unique new flavors in Southeast Asia on what seems like on a monthly basis. This month Lay’s Vietnam generously released a flavor that has been frequently requested in the last few years – dog.
They taste exactly as you’d expect them to – like chicken, with a hint of grilled charcoal and subtle essence of dog, but we don’t expect you to know what that tastes like. A taste some Vietnamese are very familiar but many foreigners aren’t.
Now foreigners and backpackers will have an opportunity to try dog flavour for the first time without having to sacrifice man’s best friend in order to enjoy the savoury taste. We are being told that they’re available for a limited time only, so get them while you can!
